Turn around times are just an approximate and are not guaranteed. Please let us know if you need your shoes back by a certain date before submitting your shoes, and we will try our best to accomodate your request.
A Retread offers climbers a half sole replacement.

Note: It is recommended to stick with the same manufacturer of rubber that shoes originally came with to prevent any bonding issues during resoling.

Shop from our full range of Mad Rock and Tenaya shoes and we'll ship them immediately. Your resoles will still ship freight free separately upon completion. *Clearance shoes do not qualify*
Sending your shoes to us:
- Our postage address for shoes is PO BOX 114, Blackheath, NSW, 2785.
- Couriered shoes can be sent to our workshop street address at U6/134 Station St, Blackheath, NSW, 2785.
- The freight charge collected at checkout is purely for the return of your shoes once they've been repaired, and freight costs associated with sending your shoes to us are to be covered by the customer.
- Please minimise the amount of packaging used to ship your shoes. Wrapping your shoes in additional plastic bags/ packaging is not necessary.
- We recommend an Australia Post satchel.
- Please avoid sending your shoes with accessories (such as carabiners to tie them together, cotton bags, ect.), as we cannot guarantee their safe return.
