Big Rubber Retread lasts 50% longer than a standard Rand and Retread. Uses a rand rubber in conjunction with a half sole replacement. Rand rubber is 50% thicker than original rubber. Climber still has choice of sole rubber type and thickness. Looks and feels very similar to a normal repair. Is ideal for gym and hard wearing adventure climbing.
Turnaround Times:

  • Retread: 1 - 2 weeks 

  • Rand & Retread/Big Rubber Retread: 2 - 3 weeks

Turn around times are just an approximate and are not guaranteed. Please let us know if you need your shoes back by a certain date before submitting your shoes, and we will try our best to accomodate your request.

Steps:
1. Submit your order online, ensuring that all requested details are provided. Please do not send shoes without having first submitted an online order or quote.
2. Either print out your tax invoice, or write down your invoice number (starting with N) on a piece of paper. This helps us to marry up your online order once we physically recieve your shoes. 
3. Send your shoes + invoice number to us however suits you best, however Ausralia Post satchels are what we recommend for convenience. Please note, the shipping charge collected at checkout does not cover the cost of retrieving your shoes. This is charge only covers the cost of us returning your completed repairs. Any freight costs or logistics associated with shoes making their way to our workshop is to be covered by the customer.
