Easter workshop closure update

Our repair team will be taking a break over Easter. Any shoes recieved after 31/03/2026 will not commence repair until 20/04/2026.

If you can't make it into our Blackheath workshop or are looking to save some pennies on freight, our Agents offer great convenience and savings! We have two different types of agents:

Local Agents:

Shoes dropped into any of our Local Agents have no shipping costs associated, as Big John himself collects/drops off repairs on a weekly basis. Local Agents include:

Mail Order Agents:

Shipping can get expensive, but we offer subsidised shipping for climbers who drop their shoes in to any of our Mail Order Agents. Pricing starts at $15.00 (per customer), and covers shipping BOTH ways. Shoes are retrieved from our Mail Order Agents via Australia Post on a weekly basis, returned also by Australia Post on completion. Mail Order Agents include:
