A "Go to" Option
27 July 2021All Madrock products are severely underrated imo. This pad is no exception. I was looking for a slightly smaller type mat that has backpack straps - this pad fit the bill very nicely. There are slightly chunkier, beefier pads out there at this price point, but that is not what I wanted. This madrock pad is lighter, tidier. It has velcro tabs/strips on the side so that it can be joined to other Madrock pads or similar type mats. The closing straps are long enough that you can jam stuff middle when carrying but not set up for strapping another pad to the outside (use a regular cargo strap for that). Very happy with this pad!
