DMM 30kN Boa HMS Screwgate

The Boa is a rigging carabiner for climbing, industrial, arborism and technical rescue uses. The Boa now features a fully I Beamed hot forged back and a keylock nose. The Boa Screwgate weighs only 82g, remarkable considering its size. The offset HMS shape makes it versatile and strong. It works well with belay devices of all sizes. The smooth profile and massive 11.4mm rope radius means that it also works well with an Italian hitch. For rigging its massive internal space means it eats up ropes and slings and is perfect for creating centralised anchor points. The slight offset shape also forces the load towards the spine increasing the carabiners strength. The new Boa also features the super strong 7075 barrel that resists cross loading forces and makes its use with figure of eights potentially much safer. Specifications: Weight 83g.
